Snuggles was an adorable, sweet, cuddly, tiny 2 1/2 lb 6 month old puppy. I bred her, raised her & loved her. I spent hours caring for her, she needed extra care due to her small size. I had her spayed before she left me , so that I was sure she would never be bred since she was so tiny. I placed her into what I thought was a loving, caring pet home. Her new owner said all the right things and came recommended to me as a good chihuahua owner. The new owners had Snuggles for around 3 weeks.
This past Sunday, July 12th, ANDREA WHITCOMB called me to inform me that Snuggles was dead... She explained that her husband had come home to find that Snuggles had pottied on the floor, so he KILLED her.
I am so totally devastated that I don't really even know how to put my feelings into words. I try as a responsible breeder who truely loves my chihuahua's , to find good homes for them. I thought I had found Snuggles a good home. I let her down by sending her to her death. I will have to live with this.
I would have gladly taken Snuggles back if I had been given the chance. ANDREA is already looking to replace Snuggles with another small female. I have also since learned from another breeder who sold ANDREA a puppy a couple of years ago , that her pup also died under questionable circumstances.
*****PLEASE DO NOT SELL ANDREA ANOTHER PUPPY!!!!!
The woman that I am referring to is Andrea Whitcomb, phone # 907-424-5308, email = tanda_6@hotmail.com. I just found out that the Anchorage address she gave me is not a valid address. She lives in Cordova Alaska and uses P O BOX 2625. I think that her husband first name is Tracy but I will refer to him as the "pyschopath". They are in the process of moving so she might be using a new address or possibly a new phone # or email but she still lives in Alaska. I would be cautious selling to anyone in Alaska that is looking for a small female.
.I can only assume that Andrea's husband is some sort of sick pyschopath. Even though Andrea didn't kill Snuggles herself, she did have to be aware of her husband's capacity for violence. Certainly, she now knows the evil he is capable of and is still trying to get another puppy to be exposed to his wrath.
IT IS MY SINCERE HOPE THAT THE WHITCOMB'S DO NOT GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO MURDER ANOTHER HELPLESS PUPPY.
